why can’t I have a centeralized location for all the workouts for my patient?

My role

Digitized a manual process by creating an easy and scalable solution to provide physical therapists the experience to easily search, create, and plan workouts; as well as, visually display a snippet of the patient’s monthly workout plan.

Minimal Viable Product

Keep it stupid simple! At this stage I'll scope the project down and aim to deliver an experience that's useful to our users. This helps minimize unnecessary features, reduce risks, and speed time to market.

Prototyping

After identifying a solution, create a prototype to obtain early feedback from stakeholders, product owners and users which went through multiple iterations until I land on the right design.

User Testing

Prototypes are shown to real users and recording feedback as it comes in, which then get used in its iterations to form a final design. User tested was executed until all tasks were completed error free. Users were very satisfied with executing tasks and were excited that they were included in the early redesign process. Final design resulted in 93.6% user satisfaction. Overall, users felt very minimum training would be necessary for the redesigned 1st EMR.
